Law & Disorder (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the Law & Disorder mobile application (the “App”).
This page explains our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information in connection with the App.
You can play locally without creating an app account. Online play uses Apple Game Center and its player profiles, matchmaking, and game services.
When you choose to send feedback, we receive your feedback category and message. You may provide an email address if you would like a reply. An email address is not required to send feedback or play the game.
You can also choose whether to include the app version, build number, and iOS version. Feedback does not automatically include game state, game logs, player names, or Game Center credentials. If you are signed in, the form displays your Game Center username on your device; it does not send that username with feedback.
Each submission includes a request reference and a random identifier for this app installation. The service converts the installation identifier into a stable hashed identifier used to limit spam and abuse. The request reference helps recognize retries and avoid duplicate submissions.
Your draft is saved on your device until a successful submission. Feedback is sent when you tap Send Feedback. Please include only information relevant to your request.
Submitted feedback is stored by our feedback service, hosted on DigitalOcean infrastructure, and is available through a private administrative feedback inbox.
Feedback helps us investigate problems and improve the App. If you include a reply email, we can use it to respond. App and iOS version details provide context for problem reports. Request references and installation identifiers support duplicate detection and security limits.
Submitted feedback is kept temporarily and then deleted under our retention practices. To ask about your feedback or request its deletion, contact us using the email address below. You can choose not to send feedback and can leave the reply email field blank.
Game Center and other Apple-provided services operate under Apple’s privacy terms. This policy describes our handling of optional feedback; Apple provides information about data handled by its own services.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information through feedback, please contact us so we can address the matter.
Feedback is transmitted over HTTPS. We restrict access to the feedback service and use submission limits to help prevent spam and abuse.
